Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
